If you want an account with POP than the person that has an account with that info probably bought the game for $60 themselves and aren't gonna want to be losing money by selling it for less than $60.

But all of them are phished.

Not one person has sold their personal account (that they paid for their own games) for less than 75% of what the account was worth and NOT recovered it back.

If they have POP details and the previous email, they can recover it back just as well as you, and even better.
