Everyone read this (new constitution update)

I hate it how everybody is complaining about the new update and they have no freaking clue about wtf they are talking about...

Before the update, hits used to round up or down a number like the following examples
Examples:
A 15.5 hit would = 16, now x10 it = 155
7.4 hit would = 7, now it x10 it = 74.

If this was not an update and rs was always like this, no one would say shit. Its not being used to it. :noworry:

 

Basically, there's nothing great about it. Just gives the noobs good feeling to see themselves hit a 10. Fail.

 

Its Stupid...Should have been lefted the way it was..

And Why is it Called Contituation ...Hippoints is was its always called in other games and what ill still call it...
