Explanation of the trade:
i was doing deathmatch,an 1 bar rank in the clan asked me to split him,i confirm,when we lost
,he scammed me and didnt pay me 1 billion gp.
i private message love(admin)
,he invlov and saw proof&everything the proves I am right and the other guy did scam me
he told me ill talk to the guy and pm you back
(1 bar rank they must cover because hes ranked in clan).
3 days later i pm him(love)
he said:
i dont get involved in splits he said hes in but no proof at all sent to him

i havnt talked to him much about that cus he said he wanted proof of the fight

and u wouldnt ss, show pov, show pvp tracker, or anything.

Because following to the rules if he in the split then he's in.

this clan is owned by krypto

the staff team taking sides&help odd staker and take from him less tax just to take $$ more
and poor people trust him because they advertise on sythe
they saying things in#rules and do other things,kick who they wont,keep who they want,take picks and make odd staker fight him so they take split,nothing is fair here
they have been reporting few times already,everyone on game saying sythe not doing anything to him because krypto donate to sythe alot,this isnt even fair,people follow sythe and sythe gotta take care of scammers.

1. You never filed a report in the discord server, thus this is the first I've heard of this.
2. You did not include any pictures of your agreement with the person you're alleging did splits with you.

In them, you can see he states : "Can you screen-share?", "I'm in 1b?" (That's with a question mark, meaning he's asking. Not making a statement). You never respond until after the alleged dm occurred. The alleged scammer {ESO} can be seen asking why didn't you screen share? You don't have a picture of the pvp tracker to show you died? You never even confirmed he was in the pot 1b. No formal agreement was ever completed. Only after you allegedly died, did you then say he needs to pay.
3. After you went to my staff, the results were nearly identical. There was no formal agreement met.

If Sythe staff see this differently, and state aysar is in fact owed the money, he can be paid no problem ({ESO} is not a staff member, but a user who has been in good standing with the cc and was allowed to put a deposit down in exchange for being allowed to self hold 1b that is insured by the cc.) thus why I would cover anything up to 1b if an incident occurred.
However my staff were merely following basic protocol. They cannot act without the proper evidence.

 

In regards to you being "scammed" :
You trade lured "21zedster" into the dangerous zone to get first hit, all the while you gave him the impression you wanted to see what ring he was wearing.
You also tried to get him DQ'd for going back into safe, because you traded him under false pretenses.
That is a malicious tactic used to gain an advantage and against our rules. So trying to get him DQ'd for something you could have been DQ'd for is a long reach.

In regards to you being banned :
You were poaching people to a different cc. That's also against our rules.
