    Explanation of the trade: Ordered a discord banner on 04/07/2022, paid paypal as I did the first time I ordered.

    How they scammed: Please note, this is not necessarily a scam more unprofessionalism as its more than likely I will get my refund I just don't feel its fair I wait 12 days for GFX I was told would take 2-3 days, then ended up asking for updates with no reply. On the 15th he replies and said he would give refund as he couldn't complete the work, nearly 48 hours on still no refund or reply.

    I'm glad this was resolved but it's concerning when you've just disputed a TWC for doing stuff like this.

    I've issued a TWC again, please consider this your final warning to clean up your trading practices.
