Explanation of the trade:

Customer created a ticket to purchase 500m. Sold customer 500m via PayPal. Confirmed in trade that 500m was being given to him. Customer then asked for another 500m, we asked for ID verification in which customer declined doing that. Customer then sent a following $90 to hit our $300 no ID limit. After the $90 trade, we noticed both payments were being held due to "suspicious activity" so we did not pay the GP for the $90 trade, and told the customer we had to wait to see if payment clears. We offered a refund in which the customer did not return any messages to us. I woke up this morning to find both the $210 payment (which was paid to customer in GP) and and the $90 payment (which was not paid due to payments being held).
How they scammed: Issued PayPal chargeback.

Saw Sec made a same report for the same customer, user was banned.
