User Credibility

Firstly sorry if this is in the wrong section, I am attempting to gather info and hear other peoples experiences on the matter..

Recently i took part in a successful trade with Damageplan, The trade agreement was my Level 80 World of Warcraft Hunter for his level 122 RS Main. The initial trade was quick and smooth, With both parties being satisfied and him giving me info for the RS account including old passwords, account creation date, ISP name among others, The ONLY thing missing (which i did not pay attention to) was the email for the account since it had an email on it, The trade went fine and i began playing the account and building a fortune of my own...


However a mere 24 hours later the account was hacked, Although i do not blame him i do find it very suspicious since there was an email on the account and that was the only piece of information he did not provide me with upon trade. However the other info he provided me with to complete a "successful" Account Recovery is not working at the moment with a total of 5 Account Recoveries being DENIED.

He seems like a trusted and long served member of sythe so for the moment im going to give him the benefit of the doubt and say it was not related to him, But he did state if anything happened i should contact him. If anyone sees him or if you yourself see this Damage please contact me on MSN urgently as i am currently very stressed and would like to reduce the damage done by a swift account recovery. I am also willing to buy him a WoW time card for 2 months game time if he manages to assist me in recovering the account and changing the email/verifying the recovery answers so that i may recover the account by my own accord should this happen again(god forbid)


Before taking part in the transaction i looked through the Recovered Accounts and the Report forums to make sure he wasnt on there which he wasnt.. And since this morning i have been looking through hundreds of threads for any information.. I have elft Damageplan MANY messages on MSN to which he has not replied to


If you have any information both for and/or against Damageplan please post here, Hoenstly im hoping to see some positive feedback about him to ease my pain a little and increase my hopes of getting the account back in hopefully one piece. Also the fact he stated he would use an OOM if i wanted (which i declined) gives him more credibility in the situation leading towards none of this being his fault.

All information is valued, And i have come to the conclusion that if i do not recieve a response or quite a lrge number of vouches for this user i will be making an official scammer/recovered account report.

Similar thing happened with me recently , a long sythe member called Xombi wanted a firecape for his Zerker in exchange for his High lvl main. Everything went fine after the details. He gave me everything , once i wanted to log in , password wrong. Told him that , he said its the other one , he got mixed. That also didnt work and after that , he hasn't replied ever since and iv checked on him , he is on the forum atleast twice a day , so he will keep it that way and not tell me the details.

Even did a account recovery ... Nope , all details were wrong.

Account trading / buying is the most dangerous thing in the black market , 90% chance that the account WILL get recovered sometime.

 

Alright, Well confirmed.

Apparently, The account Damage traded me was not even his, but belongs to a friend of his.. All the info he gave me was incorrect and he stole my WoW account as i no longer have anyway of recovering it.



I withdraw my vouch for this person and all other vouches are more then likely obtained the same way
