I am Making this report on the assumption that 'Fredd' is 'Fredd-Services' on Eldorado, if it isn't I whole heartedly apologise

I originally ordered some training from Eldorado,
he quoted me a price and time frame, i paid,
he logged into my account, stayed logged in for an hour, then decided to tell me that the price was too low and his worker wouldn't do it. that's fine, but why give me a price, and then why stay logged in and not do anything?
^^^ this is not what I am reporting, although it is shitty business.

I proceeded to leave an honest negative review about the work.
He spammed me, asking if he could pay for me to change the review. I said no and contacted ElD supp, who said it was ok to do that (lol we can pay for good reviews now?)

Now this is the bit I am reporting.
I went on holiday immediately after this, and forgot to change the PW I've logged onto a different account this morning and have received messages from the account I requested a service on. I asked what he was doing on it, (service I ordered was like 10 days ago)
and it seems he's been logging onto my account for the past week without my permission.
This is unacceptable. He says it's because I haven't been replying to him.

I asked him to log off and he keeps saying no.
