Buying White Partyhat (Or any lesser. Basically any but blue)

Don't have a method, don't have any vouches, first post. I got it.

I have been away from Runescape for quite a while now. Sold my White Partyhat years ago and am now looking to regain it. Though now, it seems rather difficult. With prices so close now it would be rather easy to buy one using a different color + gold, but I really would prefer white.

Are you looking to buy one at trade price in game? That's what this forum is for. If you don't have enough gp to buy one in game, then you should probably try buying the gp from a gold seller, then buying the phat here at trade price + usd.
