I just spent about 3 hours killing chaos druids to get a full inventory of grimy herbs (19 ranarr, 5 dwarf weed, 4 lantadyme) to sell on the G.E.

Usually they sell in less than a minute at max price, often a couple seconds.

And I just wanna ask.....
What the hell is going on! I put them on G.E. at lowest price, it's been an HOUR and I haven't sold ONE. Really, whats going on here!! :'(

This is my guess.(No sarcasm.) Everyones farming a lot and selling the herbs to people who are planning on training herblore on the double EXP weekend. or maybe the G.E. is about the update? idk.

 

Mhmm, they are bound to sell because people are going to want to take advantage of double xp for herblore.

Sold my 25m in herbs the other day, figured they would crash or not sell.

People are selling before the event since they already made a profit of investments. This means a massive influx of herbs on the market, and low demand on herbs. You won't be able to sell for a while seeing the price is dropping and people who are stocking up will wait a bit before buying to save money.

 

you'd expect people to be buying a lot for the double xp weekend O_O

 

its beacuse merch clans were merching pots
you need herbs to make those pots
they dumped the pots
therefore people are dumping there herbs

 

I reckon after the weekend they'll rise (along with high priced items will crash)

Mainly due to the fact I think people were selling their supplies to take advantage of the lower price on rares

 

Keep them, they'll soon sell.

 

It's not just herbs that are crashing though

 

Well i sold my lantadymes for around 50k.. guess i was lucky. I'll wait for the other to sell i guess.

and aussie boy, actually its about 300k. and no i'm not a troll, i just played like a no-lifer. a very lucky no-lifer.
