[Resolved]

Ill get straight to it, I made an agreement for 1 month(s) of sponsor 2-3 @ everyone per month in my discord if NEEDED. Payment was received for the one month and only 1 @ everyone was used in the month.

A New month rolled by and Runehall did a @ everyone in my server, so I assumed what any normal person would and said ok I guess we are doing another month. I also asked to make sure my assumption was not just on my part and Runehall replied with "yeah" when asked. (See screenshots)

Honestly I really dont care about the money, but Im not about to be taken advantage of. I feel like I have given Runehall ample amount of time to reply to a DM via discord since we agreed to a 2nd month. ( see screenshots)

1st month started on May 18th and ended on June 18th. (Payment Received)
2nd month started June 19th would have ended July 19th ( same Day the @ everyone was done ( see screenshots)

Overall this is just not how I like to conduct business, I don't like putting in reports on people. I'm also not a fan of closing doors and making enemies. I have been on Sythe since 2011 and like to think I am known for treating people well and always being a good business partner. Being behind on payments is fine and understandable but communication is key. A simple hey I don't have the money would suffice. Again I don't mean any malice by the report but I am owed money.

 

Huh. What was the reason for report? We had a deal for one month of advertisiment in your discord server and it expired. If we didn't answer your DM's thats the reason to create report?

After the month ends we never did a @everyone in your server

 

That was the last day before our advertisment expires. Idm to pay 100m for this missunderstading for both sides.

 

Saying yes to another month and doing a @ everyone the same day isn't much of a misunderstanding. Also not to mention the multiple attempts to rectify it via dm, Communication is key as I never would have done a report as im not a fan of the Pony show and showing my business to everyone on the site. Its not in my character to report people for a dismal amount of money, or cause unneeded drama its more of the principle.

Matter is resolved as payment for month 2 was sent. @Zora
