[BANNED] What others are there?

I don't know what else you might think you have on me, but everyone should know I would not even dare attempt to scam a dumbass RuneScape account. I don't even play the game anymore. Regulation himself admitted finally that he bullshitted me to have me banned cause he wanted Cloudsword banned, so he bring me down with him for being the MiddleMan.

Regardless of your personal issues with me seeing as everyone knows you hate me, when we use to be good friends (So, I don't see why you now hate me) you cannot speculate that I had supposedly paid Regulation to lie so that I could be unbanned. That's false accusation and against Sythe rules.

I might not or he might not have ever acknowledged me as his Cousin anymore, but he NEVER once has vouched me just stating that I was trustworthy and everything. We all damn well know that the abuse vouching rule that was made was for people randomly vouching people to be trustworthy, which anyone with commonsense would understand, why it is relevant to state whether you know the individual in real life and your relation to them, because then it could be a possibility that their having them vouch so they can have people trust them to scam. So, I understand that rule, and it is a good respectable rule.

BUT: Vouching for services that was acquired has no means in stating whether you're related or not. Their services.. Whether the individual was a best friend in real life, a family member or just a random Sythe user, services are services and will always still be played out the same. I never once gave Cloudsword any leniency when MiddleManning for him, I always had him PM me the exact format as stated in my MM thread just as well as everyone else. Whether I know he was trusted or not. He had no leniency, I do my MMing one way, and I never have changed it for no one.

Secondly, of course my cousin would always want to try and use me as a MM, because he knows I would not screw anyone over, and I do everything fair. As we all have seen countless MiddleMan for a friend get the information and just give it to his friend and end the trade, talking shit like " The information was not correct " as we all know the MiddleMan will never be accused unless clearly 100% unspectacular evidence. Which is why 2 years ago I made that MiddleMan suggestion on how MMing should be, and not random people being able to MM, their picked sorta like mods are picked.

Anyway, I have not lied. I have not scammed, and my bases on this """selfvouching""" I prove a valid point. I do understand there is still a staff vote in process, but alteast considering my past reputation, and how I done things, acted, handled things, and my understanding as wirtting above, and please consider my ban to be reversed. If you'd like, I will no longer MiddleMan, and or if it's ok that I middleman is will never be for Cloudsword again (given if he was to be unbanned as-well) I understand about 4 of you staff members dislike me for some odd reason, but before you disliked me we was good friends, and while in the friend status you cannot say I was not trustworthy, respectful, nice, countless time always giving 100% in always helping everyone else before even making an attempt to help myself, no matter the cost through out Sythe, WoW, Vent, Relationships, Scammers (Even before I was mod, and after), always going out of my way to help everyone else.

Atleast consider some ground bases about me before making a final decision, I would also appreciate that as well.

I don't hate you, per-say, but as the unnecessary length of this thread suggests, you kind of don't stop talking. Nor do you pay attention to the issue at hand...the talking simply continues. It does make any attempt to resolve the issue a much bigger pain in the ass.

I don't imply that you care about runescape accounts. Nonetheless, I do think that your cousin is capable of scamming (as suggested by at least one previous accusation of an identical situation) and more importantly, I believe you are capable of lying to protect him.

As an MM, you are supposed to be impartial. Instead, you encouraged the hesitant Reg to go through with the trade, and when a problem was reported, you didn't even remotely consider the possibility that he was telling the truth, even though (in both your and his logs) you committed yourself to "helping" if something went wrong. Rather, you immediately dismissed his claim, calling him a liar.

As for "accusing without proof," the rule hardly applies to moderators. I merely implied the possibility of bribery, as well as the potential that Reg is simply afraid that the payment will be reversed if we decide to ban you anyway. (For, if he does believe the account was scammed from him intentionally, and you get no benefit from refunding him, his concern is entirely rational.)

So far, one of the few proven facts is that you posted fake proof. That said proof was supplied by Bewood is a minor detail, especially given the exceedingly suspicious circumstances surrounding the forgery. In particular, Bewood claims he faked the one screenshot because he "didn't save the original file". Yet, the very implication of providing full screenshots of an entire, active conversation is that he expected to need them. Why, then, would he delete the most crucial piece of the evidence? In light of that consideration, it is more likely that he made up the entire thing, and therefore that Reg is simply going along with the lie.

Moreover, if a flaw can be found so easily in the one screenshot Bewood edited, why should they be undetectable in the others he supposedly made for Reg? Find a problem with the screenies Reg posted, and I might believe your innocence. Until then, you have done more than enough wrong to deserve your ban, and the suspicion accompanying it.
