Ban appeal pending and rs forum...

So i am banned on 2 accounts, both very serious so full red or whatever.

both have been waiting on appeals for 2-3 weeks.

on the forum guide it says if you are banned in game, you will be banned from the forums.

• on one account, when i login through the homepage, i cannot access the forums and it tells me since im banned i lose privileges (so i cant read anything or see the index).
• on the other account, when i login through the homepage i can still access the forum as per usual and everything is normal.

now, both are banned for the same thing pretty much (manual perm). why is it different and is it a sign i may be getting one back?

This is strange I've never heard of anything like this. Was one a member and one a non member?

I really never heard off this Like ^ is one mem and other one non- memb ?

 

all have 0 days left of members. both were members at time of ban i believe. but remember i cant even see the forums on one, so i dont think members has anything do do with it.
