How do I get those extra bars and stuff, like, yeah. Just more bars on the side, and bottom, or basically anywhere. How do I get them?

 

Press esc, Goto interface and then action bars and tick the ones you want.

 

You can go more in depth and download a user interface - with customized action bars for different speccs. Some of them look quite cool, you can try google that too

 

You can also download addon's and get a more cut out view of your action bar.
