    Alright, first off. I want to make it clear that I will go first on this trade but i will only trade if you have 30 or more vouches! I prefer to trade with a mod or admin or a guru. I dont want to risk being scammed. I know the acc has recovs, i do not know what they are. My friend irl gave me the acc almost a year ago and he got sent away from home months ago, and i never cancelled the recovs he set.

    Acc is lvl 83 p2p, and 79 f2p.

    145 quest points -- 34k trade limit
    Spent 340m on 99 Herblore, and whoever buys acc gets tips to make money with herblore

    I accept any level, preferably lower level.
    Account must have wealth to it... at least 20m
    Account must have a 99 skill
