sorry if you think its high... but what you suggest is retarted.... i just did the steam account value calculator thingy and it said $99.99 usd... and i added the 20 just because its a legit 6 digit, never baned from any server, never reported, never accused of anything... good luck finding that for 30-45.

it says 99$ because your account have valve complete pack which costs 99$
same thing happen to me.

 

i guess my games make up the valve complete pack, but i got these games individually when they came out, i still have the old cs cz hl2 retail discs

 

Dude, blackmarket = cheap stuff, you wont get $120 for the account.
Im thinking tops would be $50, and thats actually kind of high.
Unless it does have experience in league like davenday said you can bump price up a little from $45, if someone is willing to pay that much.

 

Then I guess I get to keep my account... I don't play anymore, it makes no difference to me if I sell it or not.
