In response to your comment tim, the guide is all dependent upon the matter of timing since the required item can easily fluctuate in price. You cannot be impatient and immediately claim that the method doesn't work just because the item did not sell/buy in one day. I think you should have read the note attached to the guide because there are key points you need to follow.
