I want a low level skiller with 50+ runecraft, not bothered about any other stats, as long as its not high in combat, e.g, below level 15, (also no fussed about how much money the account has)

I am offering a level 88 range tank with around 2m, 83 range, 83 hunter, 70 def etc, good name, ill go first if a trusted member.
