This is one of his many threads in which he just started, selling ranks in his merch clan.

The second account, JOSH or whatever, has posted in every single thread of his saying the same thing every time. Coincidentally, the account is always the first one to post on the threads. I believe a simple IP check of the two accounts would reveal a match.
