Well, you really need to think of this account in 2 parts.

Gold - Gold is $3/M and this account has 95M, so 95M x $3 = $285

Skills - Personally, based on this accounts skills, I would give you $100 for just the skills alone, you could probably push $120.

You also have to remember this; when people pay $3/M for gold, they usually want it on their account, not yours, so keep in mind that youre selling the account with the gold, which may be a hassle in some peoples minds, so you may not get $3/M.

Also, some people just wont pay $385 for a runescape account, some will, but most will either say youre crazy or scam you.

IMO, you should sell this account for about $200-$250 Max.
