just wondering whats some good spots for it? to train str/attack
and like what settings should i use?

 

if you are main train ghouls picking up charms and if you are a pure train at al-kharid warriors picking up herbs.

 

God.. there's an entire section to post stuff regarding Runescape cheats... It's called Runescape 2 Cheating.

I believe using third party software falls into the category of cheating as it violates the spirit of the game by giving outside help which isn't within the definition of cheating of video games (which I believe Runescape is classified as):
