    Question Regarding Darkgrooves Rule

Darkgroove has stated that from now on pinsellers Need too take responsibility for the pins they sell, even if they don't apply them.

    Darkgrooves Thread: http://sythe.org/showthread.php?t=742009

Doesn't that mean it's easier for us too get scammed? They can take the pin and claim it doesn't work, and they can easily post saying where a scammer, so either we lose a pin or get less customers cause of a scam report.

    Question Regarding Darkgrooves Rule

If you read that thread, you'd have seen that you should use a MM or Teamviewer. Or apply the pin yourself.

The buyer also has to provide proof that it did not work.

Then that's their own problem. I suggest you PM Darkgroove and talk to him about it. Just use a MM then.

    Question Regarding Darkgrooves Rule

I think he is actually making it easier to sell pins, he basically said the burden of proof rests on the person buying the pin to provide proof that the pin didn't work.

    Question Regarding Darkgrooves Rule

    Lol Darkgrooves rule.

It's common sense. If you give someone a pin and they can prove that it doesn't work, you supply them with a working pin. You can't just say "here you go, if it doesn't work, then too bad. I'm not responsible" because you are in fact responsible.

    Question Regarding Darkgrooves Rule

That doesn't sound right because people can easily fake that a pin doesn't work. But if they provide something like a video then I'd see that as more concrete evidence.

    Question Regarding Darkgrooves Rule

The buyer will have to provide evidence that the pin doesn't work, and the only way they can do that is to video the trade because the buyer could use the pin and claim that it doesn't work.
