does paypal say gift on ur page wen u receive one?

another question, like every two trades i do, for one i always have to give a fee even tho i send it as a gift, why is this?

 

Yess.

 

I haven't noticed it recently. I've had three trades and I've only seen it when it's been sent out, not received.

 

It does not say gift any longer. The way to tell is by looking to see if you can input shipping/tracking information. If you can, they did not send as a gift.

You also probably don't know this, but gift method is nerfed. They can dispute it now I believe.

 

Yep thats right. Even claim and cancel can be disputed, the person will need too ring up PayPal.

 

This is how I tell the difference too. There will be a little icon that appears as "print shipping label" if they did not send as a gift.

The whole gift method is nerfed, that means they can dispute it, it costs money, etc
