Now, as for the levels I'll be willing to bot each skill to/from, and also the price associated with them All prices are non-negotiable unless stated otherwise.

Woodcutting:
1 to 60: $00.50
60 to 70: $02.00
70 to 80: $00.50 per level for members, $00.75 for non-members
80 to 90: $01.00 per level for members, $02.00 for non-members
90+: Price is negotiable, but probably $03.00 or so per-level.

Mining:
1 to 60: $00.75
60 to 70: $03.00
70 to 80: $00.80 per level for members, $01.30 for non-members
80 to 85: $2.50 per level

Fishing:
1 to 60: $00.50
60 to 70: $02.00
70 to 80: $00.60 per level for members, $00.80 for non-members
80 to 90: $01.25 per level for members, $02.25 for non-members
90+: Price is negotiable, but probably $04.00 per level.

Cooking, Firemaking, & Fletching:
1 to 60: $00.30
60 to 70: $01.25
70 to 80: $00.40 per level
80 to 90: $00.75 per level
90+: Price will depend on food/logs.
*NOTE: All prices may vary if you are using a low-level food.

Thieving & Runecrafting
1 to 30: $00.50
30 to 50: $00.75
50 to 60: $00.50 per level
60 to 70: $00.80 per level

Well, as that's quite a job(I think you meant 70 Fletching, 50 Runecrafting, and 50 Thieving?) I would have to use an MM for that or a 50/50 sort of thing because that is a lot of work
