Runescape account hacked

They don't have the time, plus people could just stage it, and like pretend someone goes on your account and transfers, then you both have the money, pointless.

 

As has been said it's Jagex's policy not to return items due to glitches/hacks.

 

I sort of wish that Jagex would return items to hacked people like they do at blizzard, but the problem is that most people who play RS are 12 and would try to be clever and take advantage of the system.

 

I'm sorry for your misfortune but I'm afraid that there is nothing that they can do about it. They may be able to provide that you were hacked, but yet they don't have time to do such a task because if they did it for you, could you imagine the amount of mail they would get from others, "Claiming", that they're accounts were also hacked and they're items were dropped. =\

Lol, jagex doesnt know if anyones telling the truth when that happens they never refund people money

 

surely jaggex can check activity 3 days ago on a rs acc and see that 180m was droped, and when they see that its dropped im sure they would see that obviously he didnt/didnt want to drop 180m for no reason...

but still the fact is jagex arent willing to go to this effort, cause im sure there would be alot of people who claim this but in actual fact havent droped any money and are just trying to get free money, and if jagex was to go through every request for lost money back just to find the few who are tellin the truth it would take a long time, and time = money and all jagex is tryin to do with runescape is make money lol

so srry for ur loss bro but u aint gonna get anythin back... damn hackers i hate em i lost 12m to this except mine was i traded someone on sythe and they hacked theres back then before i could hack mine back they dropped all my stuff

I mean, I can't think of any trojan that cares for RS info - means you probably gave yourself some shady RS macro logger... nice.
