Is this an appeal or no.

 

Does this need an appeal? Because I have already stupidly used both the appeals up. Account was banned for macroing, but i wasnt actually in possession of the account at the time although i am original owner. If the process doesnt need an appeal then i am veryyy interested. I bought it and i can tell that it dosnt work for no appeal ones 100% , sent letter 3 times and all times i got told that they dont deal with unbanning n shit.

Not sure if its works when u have appeals left .
