Runescape account hacked

hey guys,

2 days ago my runescape account was hacked, they dropped ALL my stuff in my bank. Like 180m.

Can i send a email to jagex if they can return the items back from 3 days ago?

Pls help me (L)

damn, this is very shit men, i was stupid that i dont had a bankpin but, the service of runescape is stupid, they have to check IP and then they have to check of its dropped, then they can give my items back, becuase they know what is happend.

You won't get your shit back because they don't give a shit. Simple answer that is hard to deal with is simple

 

They will never return your items. Same thing happened to the people who lost their items on the fally massacre.

Don't tell him to do that fool, JaGex send the police round to your house sometimes if you tell them that and they carry out tests on you to check if you are suicidal or not.... (As far as I know, I read this from a very reputable person on the RSBOT forums)

Back on topic, there isn't much that can be done really :/ You just have to try and get the account back and keep it secure. JaGex won't return your items.

 

just scan your computer with some anti-spy software, then you won't get hacked again^_^

 

I wish it were that easy, start over like the rest.

 

Get Avg , Or Some Better Virus protection.

 

Like engolphed said, get some anti virus programs. Or simply reinstall your windows and download any programs that are suspicious, or don't visit sites that you don't know of, that's how you get hacked.

 

Sorry to hear about the loss but you can't do anything about it. JaGeX will never ever give your items back no matter what. There are loads more players just like you out there that have had the same problem. It was your fault so why would they?

try and explain to jagex, but they probably won't give ur stuff back because it's ur own risk.

Upgrading AV's might not help. You might have a RAT on your computer. You have to try and remember what you downloaded and open it up with sandboxie. If you have a random .exe file that shows up, you're most likely infected.

 

Oh yeah, and can you send me a pic of the stats? I know people who phish/keylog and post on some websites what they get. I could maybe get it back for you.
