Duping Glitch

Every time I go to the Account tab on the Runescape home page then try and click the appeal offense button, I get this page cannot be displayed menu.

Anyone else having this problem?

It's possible that they will be more lenient on people who do not heavily abuse this, as they were with some players in the Penguin glitch - see discussion:

However, they make it clear in the letter they posted about the penguin glitch that they have systems that can detect this sort of thing. If you do it, they WILL know you did it.
