Amount scammed: Not really a scam

Explanation of the trade: Sooo 2nd time getting fucked. Not sure what to do at this point so will be trying to post here and see what happens. a customer of them ordered on june 19th ( 1370m OSRS )
told him to meet on a certain spot for this gold then told him ill be trading twice. Since im currently on mobile that time and my gp was on multiple account. first trade went and this guy literally said ( THIS IS ME ) then continued to do 2nd trade for the rest and this guy said ( THIS IS ME twice ) After delivering this guy literally ghosted for atleast a good 2 hours isn't that sketchy lol? Then this morning received an email from them that the guy has raised a dispute and wanted refund...
i know its my fault for not providing screenshot but ive been selling for months and having no issues at all. Kinda unfair letting this guy win with this dispute without providing any proof lol.

It has always been standard to gather evidence of deliveries even before Eldorado existed.
Eldorado is a service that exists to primarily shield buyers not sellers and it says in their Seller guidelines to gather proof of delivery in the event of a dispute. So there is nothing they did wrong here sadly.

I hope you can use this as a learning lesson, remember to gather proof of all deliveries and that this can happen when using services like Eldorado and Playerauctions.
