Terms of Service that was agreed to: Sold me a HCIM which i maxed, and then had stolen back.

Account was recovered due to a mistake with Dario giving me 2.9b.
I returned the gold but the account was not given back to me.
The account is currently gaining total exp, and has been sighted at CoX and Corp.

Kash also tried to gauge me for 2 ETH (5k USD) saying he could speak to a Jmod and have them get me the account back. Zora has been helping me through this entire thing. Kash is a low life scammer and needs to be banned.

Kash has lied the entire time saying that he can't get onto the account. I saw it log in the first night that he recovered it, and he has clearly sold it off now.

 

The account is currently smashing out Corporeal Beast. Loot broadcasts are being send in my clan. I’m guessing to avoid suspicion of it being stolen to Jagex, he hasn’t changed the name or left the clan.

Kash is unresponsive and it is abundantly clear he has stolen and sold the account.

 

1. dario asked me to recover the account because @Mick Cats has scammed him
2. i tried to recover it, it failed many times, ive told @Zora about the first rsn method, i got it locked, but somehow they asked me to provide more details. (he bought it 2 years ago as unregistered email acc )
3. about the 2 eth, he asked for it , ive shown all the screenshots to @Zora
4. he said im being unresponsive, i chose to do that, he keeps harrasing and threatening me in the pms..

 

wow isn’t it incredible that at the exact same time you send this, my account leaves the clan ?
