I am currently in the market to buy a Steam account for the first time, hoping to save a few bucks and help someone recoup on some games. I understand to change all the personal email. They stated they could change all the info password, email, and secret answer. He also said he can scan all the product keys for me. I am just wondering how to do the transaction. Who gives the money or account info first? Is a middle-man service secure, if the account ends up getting disabled, banned, or recovered am I going to be reimbursed for my money? I am just a little nervous about handing my money over, I have never done this before so I am a bit in the dark. I'm guessing it's the nature of the beast to be at risk of losing when doing these kinds of deals.

Yes, to secure the account change the email, pass, and SQ.

Generally who goes first in a trade is the person who is less trusted, but if the other person is not very well trusted, or you don't feel comfortable going first, then you use a middle man. Any Official Middle Man on Sythe is pretty trusted, and you will be ok with using them.

If the account gets disabled within a few days after purchase, you should be entitled to a refund, but if it's a good while like a month or more, then your kinda fucked.

    Off topic: Use paragraphs.
