I don't think this was fair.

OKay so that infraction for accusing someone of scamming without proof.

This person in question, pinseller007, has had so many users accuse him of scamming, I came up with the conclusion that he was a scammer.

All those links point to something, there might be more, not sure. It wasn't like I was going around saying "pinseller scammed me", etc. He is a known scammer, at least for those trying to buy bulk pins.

I mean honestly, all those people can't be wrong. What did you guys expect me to do, post all that on my thread?

He also asked me on msn, I told him I did not want pins. He asked me again later on, I said I did not want to trade with him. I think I made myself clear. When I made that thread, he asked me yet again. I told him no because he was a scammer. No more than half an hour later, he asked again. The kid is retarded.

Also, I tried blocking him, but I couldn't find the block button on ebuddy. I know it sounds like a lame excuse, but its the truth.

If you don't reverse the infraction, at least ban the kid.

 

Very Borderline, I'd let it slip just once.

 

I'd say let it go this time. Next time please provide proof before you accuse someone.
