Those of you who own dogs, what breed?

I personally LOVE dogs i own 4 german sheperds, will post pics too

I like Alaskan Huskys the best. Blue eyed dog = ftw.

 

I have a minature pincher and a spitz. Beautiful dogs.

I have a Shoodle, he is awesome.
Shoodle = Shitzu x Miniture Poodle.
And that is the official name for that breed, though some people like to call them 'shitpoo's'.

 

Poodles are Very playful but the fluff on them is Weird.

I've seen it. I also wouldn't mind an Alaskan Malamute. Same thing as a husky but a miniature version basically.

Poodles don't malt their hair, hence why we got a shoodle because my mum didn't want hair everywhere.

But, my shoodle looks identical to a shitzu. Doesn't look anything like a poodle, even though its got like, shitzu type hair, it doesn't fall out. So, its kind've like, a super shitzu (H) hahah .

I just went on google images and typed in 'shoodle', found one that looks just like mine. As you can see, it looks more like a shitzu than anything else.

 

YAY, dog people! Haha Dogs are awesome, since I was born I always remember my family having several dogs. We are fond of the neapolitan mastiff breed. We currently have two of these. They are so friendly to us but at the same time very protective over us (I consider it a good thing).

 

i hate pitbulls, rotweilers, aint got any dogs myself

 

The breed of my dog is; Dogue De Bordeaux

Truly a mans best friend. Has the look of a monster, the power of a pitbull, but the heart of a TRUE friend.

Reason I like this dog;
He can do, and is JUST as powerful as a Pitbull, Boxer or Rot. but, the fact is that those other dogs may be a 'little' bit stronger, they hate kids! Little kids, they can easily hurt them. I read about a story one time when a family left their little baby at home with their Pitbull I think, and they came back to find that the dog killed the baby..... sad story.
But the Dogue de Bordeaux LOVES kids, thats the main reason I love this dog, he WILL NOT hurt you.

I was watching a dog show today though, and it said that pitbulls are very good with kids. That them being an aggressive dog is just a common misconception.
