Hello, posting as a guest because this guy is dangerous and I do not want to be harassed by him any further.
First off I'd like to say if I knew this guy was DNT on this site I would not have trusted him with my gp.
Looks like hes also a ban evader. I am very sad that I didn't catch this guy out earlier!

Recently this person "crank" has organized a 5vs5 discord where famous pkers such as wiggled, cassidy, dino and 07 rhys have been playing. Besides them there are easily 100+ other competitors.

The issue at hand is this weird guy "crank" hands out fines for no reason
- Makes up random stories of "doxing" because someones rsn was a bunch of random numbers (stole 15m for this particular instance)
- Makes false claims of cheating to hand out fines (no proof)
- Makes up stories about people saying racist words which are most often NOT true.

He claims all these fines are going to a tournament, we however have no guarantees, besides that he holds all the gp on some lvl 3 mule. He apparently is in debt irl and therefore: broke.
Even if he wasn't planning on scamming (which I am pretty certain he was), if he gets banned he will not be able to pay out anyone because he is broke.

I was scammed for ~35Million gp, I have seen others such as one of the most notorious risk fighters of 07 "delayedtickosrs" get scammed for over 100 mil (for alleged racism?).

The channel:"fines#475m" can be seen where he records some of the fines, often he doesn't post them and already pockets the money.
In this picture of the last couple of fines you can already read this guy is just stealing money "wasting my time" "posting pics"= the guy posted a picture of a livestreamer (picture included)

This guy is planning a huge scamquit and this should be stopped sooner rather than later.

There should be rules in place, please consider this post when you handle his next pardon. I am personally owed 35m, there will be many others who might not use sythe and/or do not care about such a small amount.

All these rules are made sure its read before anyone gets to play.
if they agree they can play if they don't then they could watch not allowed to play.

the discord i run has specific rules and its a private invite only not everyone can play.

then the user broke another rule by doxing some members irl phone number and making his rsn.

First of all I will defend myself
I never made this report to "recover" my lost funds, it's a small amount but when you keep spamming 100s of people for small amounts it adds up and I will hold you accountable.

- I never had to agree to follow those rules, never agreed to some sort of TOS
All your screenshots are edited and cropped, if they were in the rules (which I never agreed to) you added them in after you already scammed me
Regardless of the first point:
- Ballista is not trolling, In that specific BO5 I carried my team in the first 2 games with my ballista setup
- The setups posted are examples, not required to follow them, people would vary in setup all the time
- I don't see any proof of me using ahk, I even offered to screenshare my POV but you kicked me anyway, I have also shared my screen in the discord during fights plenty of times
- My rsn were a bunch of random numbers, I highly doubt it's possible that even is able to be a phone number (started with 46?)
The guy that messaged you that was on the opposing team during that specific fight and was angry he was losing to my ballista setup (the one you deemed to be a "troll setup" btw)
- I agree my message to you (in dm, not seen by anyone but you) was very racist, this message was after you scammed and falsely banned me from the discord though
You owe me 35M.

Besides myself, I am not the only person you scammed, you took money away from people for "wasting your time" and "racism" which seems like very weird reasons
When you don't like someone you will kick and ban them from the discord and take their money
You're lucky most of your victims aren't familiar with black market so they just accepted the scam you pulled on them and moved on
It isn't your money to take, you're just scamming money and coming up with excuses as to why you should be allowed to do that
to add to that, you don't add all "fines" to the fine list, I even had to message you about one of the illegal fines you gave me because you tried pocketing the money
Only after I messaged you, you added it to the list.

You have broken several rules in the discord that’s why you were fined for first few rules broken and banned after caught using ahk in competitive fights.

I do not know what you are thanking me for, I don't need your thanks, I need u to pay back the people you scammed First of all like I already said, your screenshots are cropped and edited (they weren't there when I first joined) Regardless of that, I havent broken one of your "updated" rules. - I did not ahk, there is no proof of any ahk use, I can send a streamable of one of my rounds which I recorded prior to me being kicked that shows I do not use cheats - The racism occured after you already scammed my funds, and in private messages - I did not perform doxing in any shape or form - I did not "troll" in games. As seen by my win/lose ratio which was decent to say the least. - On top of that you made your permanent discord invite link unusable (because you didn't want sythe moderators to witness your crimes), I can only assume you deleted most of the incriminating evidence Regardless of your attempts to hide the evidence, I have shown plenty Refund my 35M, refund everyone else who you took money off with made up rules, refund everyone who you took money off and didn't even write it in the channel to pocket it in an easier manner Please stop wasting peoples time and just either pay back what u scammed or admit you are not going to, thanks. This will be my last post for now, usually I would not waste my time with poor scammers like this, I know you're from a 3rd world country and in debt but scamming people is not the way forward Regardless of this, I wish u the best of luck in your future and I hope your life gets better

if you had followed the rules you wouldn't of got banned from it.
this is a private discord so you posting it public that's not something i would like. if any sythe mods would like a link to the discord to verify let me know.
the user had broken several rules of the discord therefore he was fined for his actions then banned on multiple strikes.
my discord consists of most runescape streamers/youtubers and famous people i would not like Randoms to join that’s why i removed the discord link thanks have a great day.

 

Also this is a screenshot of you pming me couple hours before you got banned trying to get your racist buddy unbanned from the competitive discord clearly shows you have read the rules of the server.

There are definitely some major issues with running a server, collecting money, and then fining your customers for violating a questionably enforced ToS, I'm inclined to think that is the actual "business model" here. If customers are being problematic, ban them from your server don't just steal their money.

I've banned @CranksGoldShop for running a racket of a server, if he'd like to pardon again he'll need to start by refunding everyone in his fines channel

in regards of the banned. you do realize that all members who play have to agree to the discord terms and conditions why don't you add me Crank#7777 and I could invite u to the server so that you can look for yourself. the only reason the user above even made this thread is because he broke too many rules of the discord and was banned for it. also the fines of the discord all recorded in a channel so there's tournaments made out of it. Most of the fines are literally people trying to make the tournament pot higher.
I gain 0 GP by running this server, I'm just bringing a pvp content for the friends I've created in the past years of playing this game on the fun side.

if you like I could repay everyone in the fines but the whole purpose of this discord is so people could play together competitively and you can't have that if people troll, and people will troll if there's no punishment that comes with it.

I was overly harsh here. If you add something to your server so people have to acknowledge that they agree to the terms of this fight club of a server, fines and all, and all fines go toward the "community" in the form of a tournament then we have no issues. I've lifted your ban and assume you'll make this change

Agreeing to his made up TOS was never a thing (If its added, he added it after he banned me) So no I never agreed to his TOS Regardless, even if I did agree to his TOS the total amount fined (35m) were invalid fines. Truth is, I probably wouldn't have cared if he didn't ban me He banned me, now I am contributing to a "tournament" (not sure if this is even happening tbh) that I will not be participating in since he banned me for no reason

please pm me @petercatchy on discord so i can pay u the 35m u complaining about you never read the terms, you taught me a lesson from now on im going to make sure every user that plays confirms they understand all the rules and conditions of the server with a screenshot of proof.

 

Have paid the user 35m back for breaking the server rules and have donated my own 35m towards the tournament funds, have banned him from playing in my server in the future, Goodluck on any future competition.
