Baba negra - Suspected Scammer

Hi folks,

So within the last week or so I sold two accounts that was a HCIM with 99 Firemaking with all Wintertodt Crates in the bank.

Imagine below is the info of all 3 accounts I purchased.

Please look into this as my unblemished reputation is at risk for recovering accounts because cyber or his team decided to create a problem

1) If you buy a TV in a store and you have a problem with the TV after you bought it, do you go to the factory that assembled the TV? Or do you go to the store where you bought it?


2) My business was not with you, my business was with 4724, he has never complained about my services. Neither do my clients.

3) All my dealings are based on trust and the terms of my server which every client within my server is aware of at all times prior to any business.




the fact that 4724 bought the account from me several months ago, then 4724 sold it to you, then you sold it to other people implies that the account had several owners after it left my server.

therefore, address the people with whom you did business. do not address me if you have never had business with me at any time.

 

So in your words if you made a bunch of accounts sold them.. months later you go to jagex and decide to recover them.. you don't think you're responsible for that?

You would directly be responsible for that considering you're the only able to recover the account.

I bought 50FM hcim from baba negra, made them wintertodt ready and sold to hammy's fellow

 

I noticed alot of the proof got "Redacted" by the mods, is there anything else I can provide or is this how far this goes?

 

@Hammy_27 Thanks for your attention to details and doing what you can to keep the community safe.

However, this is an invalid report.
From what I can understand you are concerned that accounts you bought (which had multiple previous owners) and resold got recovered which resulted in loss of your sales. Frustrating, I get it.

Keep in mind any person with enough unique information about the account could potentially recover the account, not just the OO. This is harder to keep track of for each owner the account has had.

*The account(s) information you have provided sadly does not connect to any evidence/threads on Sythe.
I'd need to see the Terms of Service you agreed to when buying said accounts from 4724 and that those were the logins he provided to you.

I'd be happy to try my best to track down the history of the account and OO if you can provide the info, though I won't lie; with the account having had multiple owners and being sold offsite, and also without ToS there is most likely little I can do

Please be wary when buying accounts that you are confident who the OO is and that you have outlined terms to protect yourself in these events.
