Should i get 60 attack??

okay well im not sure what i should do, my pure is level 60 with 50 att 1 def 79 str 82 mage 70+ range 11 pray. I am tired of the maul a bit and i always get ownt by dds i already have DT done mith gloves, monkey madness done, and lost city. What should i do?

 

I think you should get 60 strength for claws and dds

I would suggest it. You only go up 2-3 combat levels, and D scim DDS are definitely worth the levels gained.

 

yes i have seen that the rune scim isnt cutting it too much.
you also think i should go for addy gloves i only need about 2-3 more agility levels and 70 cooking is easy but people say that addy gloves suck but lol i dont think so

 

Well at this point you could go 60 attack without too many drawbacks. 3 combat levels is the worst that will happen.

Blitz/DDS combo is pretty devastating, and 60 attack is much more efficient for 1V1 fights.

I think you're due for the upgrade to 60 attack.

 

Additionally, if you only need 3 agility levels and 70 cooking, you might as well get the addy gloves. It will only be a small boost, but if you want to be the bes, every bit helps.

 

I think you should definitley go for 60 attack. Maul is overrated, it's not actually that good of a weapon. Go get 60 attack and your d scim/dds and you'll start having more fun.

 

Stay 50. Use range to g maul combos. When you can afford claws get 60.

 

I doubt 3-4 combat levels would really change his entire character.

DDS itself, is a pretty good weapon. Not to mention, you also get some more weapons along the way and you can then up your bag of tricks with a wider variety of an expanded arsenal.

I'd recommend it.

 

3-4 levels is 10 strength levels. could have him at 89 strength. I say stay 50.

 

Stay fifty and train your Strength. You will do much better in comparison to what you would have done with 60.

 

Tough one. I would suggest getting 85 strength first then get 60 attack.

Get it now then, whats the difference... u want 99 str with 50 attack... imagine how boring that will be.

Just go for it, 60att > 50att.

I have a pure that is basically almost the same thing. Combat 66 with 60 attack, 93 strength, 1 def, 70 range, 1 prayer, 23 mage (fail lol). And honestly dds > maul. I constantly deal out high damage with dds hitting 29-29 and so on totally destroying all the maulers and even fellow ddsers.

Plus once you get enough money you can get claws and totally destroy everyone. Just don't rush and make pvp a fail thing. Ask someone to fight and risk you Dscim, just get them down to around half health and pull out d claws. I do it on my zerker and it hasn't failed me yet. 88 att, 99 str, 45 def, 99 mage.

Go for it. You have nothing really to lose, just 1-3 combat levels is all and you get a huge advantage out of it.

 

Getting 60 attack is worth it. I own g maulers with my dds. Its only 3 cm levels.
