80 attack, strength, defence - 40-55k xp/hour
90+ attack, strength defence - 60-65k xp/hour

Pures with 1 defence can train on the monsters I am talking about. The higher the defence the higher your efficiency of actually killing monsters without banking for food as much (the monster doesn't hit alot but it does every now and then).
