how to get 99 range or hp fast

how can i get my range from 92 to 99 or my hp 96 to 99 fast?

 

Are you p2p? Try chinning at ape atoll. It can be a little expensive but it's very fast xp.

I'd prefer getting a cannon by doing that quest. You don't get any HP exp with the cannon though.

 

I would say, try aviansies or maybe the ogre cage. Use bronze knives at the ogre cage as you can't get them back (well you can but it takes a lot of time up).

 

I tried ogre cages with full void and bronze knives and I remember the xp rate being pretty slow. I stopped there after two days.

 

where do i go with canon?

 

You could try soul wars or ranging the caged ogres in King Lathyas's Training Camp.

are dagannoths good for range xp?

 

Try slayer, you won't get bored but its a little slower.

You should go cannoning green dragons. Apparently if you do this properly you can make up to 1m per hour. That is not including supplies such as c balls, rings of dueling, games necklaces etc. If you use this method you should get range experience fairly quickly along with a nice chunk of GPs.

 

cannon at dagganoths aswell as ranging the dagganoths use guthans to heal when ur cannon says the message it gets pick it up and set it back down again

If you want cheap decent XP. Go yaks

 

The highest exp you can get an hour with range is about 75k/Hour
(Not including chinning, and sc armour, and brawlers)
I got about 70k exp an hour at 92 range at fire giants with void and potted and with broad bolted bolts. I did it at the waterfall place in pvp, so i got ep as well. I then tricked and got a bit of cash and chinned with the cash i made.
You could always use bronze knives at yaks, 50k/hour

Firstly, I recommend PC or SW for the HP experience.
Secondly, ranged can be done almost anywhere. For example, ogres, sw, pc, firegiants, rock crabs, daggs, etc.
Lastly, bandos tassets are already on the decline, but it shouldn't be a steep decline. Probably down to the average (blue line) and back up in a wave form.

 

I honostly think Soul Wars is the best from my own experience
