I've just lost my level 113 and it had 25m from basic pking but I'm going to start a new account and I want to have money straight away so I can get to my goal easily anyone got a guide?

Learn to merch with the 40m = Good money.

You should definetely train your stats so you can kill Green dragons. I made a quick 500k an hour there.

 

join a merchanting CC or skill

 

When you get 63 Hunter, you'll be earning some money. At 83 you can make 500k+ per hour.
