It's very important to know that the more you PK, the effectiveness of the account will be lowered, as the combat level is not based it its Hitpoints. Anyways, my pure is at level 46 at the moment, and its still owning levels 70+.

How much would we need to "spend" to make this account.

If you want this pure already with the stats, I could get it for you 150$, as it's special. Look for a 40-99-1 pure, it's around those prices. You can bot it easily to get the levels.

 

if its 40-99, and 34 combat, the only was is either SW witch is patched, or pc. I'm really curious, I might buy. Also, are there bots available for it?

You find either a mod or someone trusted, verify it with them, then they say it is verified. Then people buy it.

only way i could imagine this works is, you get high herblore for the crazy overload potion, you use it, then quickly go onto ftp with overloaded stats and own little noobs

im guessing you soulwars some stats up to certain amount ... and as you gradually pk the hp goes up which is why the "effect goes down"

 

yes, but its not the 40-99 pure...different weaps, pk style...

Let me guess, 60~ ranged and 60-70 strength, 20 attack, 10hp?

This should be a tip, not a guide to be honest.
