Trading XBL account for RS account

I am trading my XBL account since im selling my xbox and getting a ps3, I dont really know how to trade an xbl account with you knowing im not gonna scam which I can assure you I'm not but don't blame you for not trusting me (4 posts lmao =p) So if someone can explain how this will work I'd appreciate it alot.

Account details:

Mw2- 2nd prestige level 45 all legit KD= 1.25 Win ratio= .7 or something.
Halo 3- level 40+ in doubles
If you have castle crashers I got all chars lvl 256 with the glitch
It has about 20 MSP on it lol..

I have never said this account was the best and it is far from anything special, I am just selling my xbox and maybe thought I could get a half-descent runescape account, I will also accept runescape gold if you have a xfer method, but I mainly want a RS account with atleast 1 money making stat ( 75+ ) and other stats of course.
If I am asking to much please tell me I have no idea how much my XBL account is worth if its worth anything.
