Fastest magic exp possbile

I am level 59 mage with 3k to 60. My goal is to get to level 70 mage for ice burst as fast as possible. I don't care about how much money it will cost me. I currently have 8.5k law runes right now, but I am willing to forget that idea and go for a faster one.

What is the fastest mage experience possible? If possible, how long will you think it will take someone who is 100% focused and doing it by hand?

Not really.

If you have MM/DT done, bursting is still the fastest even if you don't have ice burst. Otherwise, bolt enchanting is faster then teleporting, and makes you money (only if you have huge amounts of cash to start with though, like 50m+, because you can only buy/sell 10k every 4h hours and thats 1k casts).

 

High alch is faster xp than cammy tele

 

I would say MTA, enchanting was pretty good. About 70k an hour if I remember right
