    It is posted somewhere on the forum.

    As I said in that thread, there will be no resolution to this lawsuit for quite some time due to the red tape of the US legal system. I highly doubt there is any reason to worry in the short term.

    Basically Jagex is suing them for copyright infringement, amongst other things. One of the specifics listed was that the company uses Jagex's logos and and other images. But obviously they don't cre about that, they just want the bots down.
