Nomad's Requiem

I'm having a bit of trouble finishing Nomad's Requiem. First off, here's my stats and gear:

82 Range
81 Defense
87 HP
64 Summoning (using terrorbird)

Karil's Coif
Glory
Ruby Bolts (e)
Rune Cbow
Holy Book
Ava's Accumulator
Snakeskin Boots
Barrows Gloves
Karil's Leatherskirt
Armadyl Chestplate

I fill my bird up with brews, bring about 10 super restores, and the rest of my inventory is brews, so roughly 30 brews and 10 restores. I'm using the pillar trick and all, but it seems like I get hit way to hard. I've been praying steel skin and eagle eye the whole time, should I be praying something else? Are the new prayers any good here?

Any help is appreciated.

 

im not sure... but i think you might be able to use protect/deflect prayers in there, but they might be blocked....

 

Tbh, when i did this quest veracs gear worked just fine.
