Price depends on ranged/def/hp and prayer levesl. Gear: decent range gear, minimum requirements are something like this: black dhides with ranged helm, glory amulet , ava's accumulator + any god book and rune crossbow with ruby bolts (e).

Also get enough Saradomin brews, Super restores and ranging potions.

 

Well price could be something like 3.50-4.00$ since you have no protection prayers. Maybe less if you can get someone to block bosses.
