    Chemistry help please paying paypal $3.00

    I need help.

    For each of the following reactions give the balanced chemical equation for the reaction and state the meaning of the equation in terms of individual molecules and in terms of moles of molecules.

    NO(g)+O2(g) --> NO2(g)
    C6H6(g)+H2(g)-->C6H12(g)

    Thanks, leave your paypal email

    2NO(g)+O2(g) --> 2NO2(g)
    C6H6(g)+3H2(g)-->C6H12(g)

    The coeffecient at the front of the reactants or products represent the mol of the molecule. So for the first reaction. 2 moles of NO react with 1 mol of O2 to form 2 mol of NO2. The second equation is 1 mol of C6H6 reacting with 3 mol of H2 to form 1 mole of C6H12. (Note: moles and mol are used interchangeably, double check this)

    Moles are generally used in stoichiometry to understand how reactants and products interact. From this ratio you can determine theoretical values, limiting reagents, etc.

    1 mol is also another representation of Avagadro's number (6.022...x10^23 atoms/mol). Therefore, 2 moles of a molecule has 2(6.022X10^23 molecules).
    If the molecule is composed of 3 atoms, then it has 3(6.022X10^23 atoms).
    Avagadro's number is just a conversion number that can be used from moles>atom/molecules and vice versa

    1mol = 6.022...x10^23 atoms/mol
