    Someone took over my computer

okay i need serious help.... some guy at [email protected] tricked me into going to javachatbox**** which, when i ran it, gave me an error and then my passes got changed. the next day (today) he tells me on msn that he has full control of my computer. i ask to prove it. he does so by shutting it off within half a second later. so then he says he will get virus off my comp for a pin and give my acc back for another pin.
i dont HAVE any pins and if i did i wouldnt give any to him since he wouldnt go thru his part of the deal. he says if i dont give him pin he will delete my system 32 and make it so my computer cant turn on anymore. i disconected that comp from internet and i use my bro's computer right now.
he is on my acc and he sent me a pic of him with all my stuff and he said he was going to die in the wild with it if he didnt get a pin.
i dont know what to do right now and i dont understand that when i scanned my computer with norton 360, nothing came up even tho he still got access.
he says only he can get rid of virus and that he has a "list" or something.

but thats bullshit because when i said i would my computer reformatted or something like that he said that it wouldnt do anything cuz if on my D:/ my recovery disk or something.

i dont know what to believe but this guy got me a virus just by making me go to the website and run the thing that popped up. HELP NEEDED SERIOUSLY

I cant say what to do with the computer, perhaps bring it into a specialty store and request an in depth scan of some sort?

But if he is messing with the runescape account, go to a library or somewhere other than your computer, and either change the information for the account there (I am assuming he doesnt know all the information for your account), or you can request Jagex to lock your account until you resolve the problem.

Looks like you have a RAT (Remote Access Trojan), you can get rid of it by installing an anti-virus and running. My choice would be AVG Free.

lol he's got a RAT (Remote Administration Tool) on your computer. I suggest taking it to a store and reformatting it. Having a RAT on your comp gives him FULL access.

I dont thing that AVG will stop this tbh, you will have to reformat ur pc and i would recomend buying NOD32 anti virus so this doesnt happen again.

As an alternative option to getting professional help, you could try to reformat the hard drive and re install the operating system. This will cause ALL files to be deleted from the hard drive, including the RAT or whatever is causing the problem, but be sure to backup important stuff first.

Yh agree with slysteeler, if you are going to reformat the hard drive, backup important files on a cd or usb memory stick.
