how much do service providers pay thier staff?

That depends entirely on your skills.
Got workers that complete 1k$+ worth of orders a month easily, also had shitters that struggle to complete 50$ order in a month. So you get what you provide.
I'd say 500$~ is an average for someone with 2 hands and a brain.

 

From what I've seen anywhere from 50-90% is typical, with 70% being the average.

 

I pay workers 80%

 

Used to pay 60% - 90% depending on stuff like:

1) Trial worker or not
2) Deposit amount put down
3) length of service

 

I don't think length of the service should matter. Pricing should be taking into equivalent of ANY timeframe and same goes for the deposit amount. They should have equal opportunities, even though their deposit is higher than the other, the good thing about that is you can have some jobs others can't. So that's already one benefit over the other.

However being a trial worker or not, I don't know about that. I guess, I would lower that - since you're mostly trying to see their work ethic, how much are they willing to work etc. I think it's fair enough there.

 

But again, that's my personal opinion.
