Just my 2 cents on gold4rs.

I have (had) a main that I have (had) been working on since the summer of 2007. It currently is level 99 (105 p2p) with 1604 total level and 99 magic. 276 quest points, 19 mil, and 870 Castle wars tickets. Prety well rounded I would say. I went to a couple of sites like accountbar.com and others, but they offered me only $40 for my account, which, in my opinion is an obvious ripoff.

I headed over to gold4rs because they claimed to have "4 years of experience and a professional staff". I chatted with "Nelly" and I negotiated a lot and I finally made a deal. $95 USD for the account.

7 Days later, I came back for the account and they said they did not have it on file. I almost blew up, but I requested to talk to Nelly again. She remembered me, but she said she must've forgotten to write down the password. She told me to recover the account, but the way she was saying it she seemed like she was challenging me to recover the account. I recovered it in less than 20 minutes b/c I still had 10 days of membership on it and I came back to sell my account again. I didn't really have a choice, because they have all of my recovery information, so I had to sell it to them. I talk to Nelly again and gave her all of my information again. I leave and she says quote: "Rest assured, I will not make the same mistake again."

This time, I see my account posted on their website. It looks pretty nice and I see my account disappear off their website 6 days later. I'm pretty happy, eager to pick up my payment.

I come back 14 days later. This time I talk to Kevin and he says "[Username]- Password invalid". Apparently, they said the password I gave them was not correct. What was really stupid was that I went on runescape and checked that the password I gave them was indeed correct. It still logged into my account. Then, kevin tries to circumlocute his mistake and acts dumb, like I never even sold them an account. I had to go through the whole process again. He tells me to come back in 7 days, and here I am now.

I don't know what to think. Unprofessional? Deceitful? Stupid? I guess I will find out in 7 days.

Gold4RS are a bunch of scammers. Don't deal with them. I tried to sell my lvl 94 account with 99 wcing. They offered $15. Faggots.

Of course they offer low prices, people still sell accounts to them because they want to sell fast when they quit or w/e.

 

I've heard successful trades with accounts / $ before in Gold4RS, however I heard some unsuccessful ones.

Gold4rs are scammers , I was going to sell them my account with 150m , said they'll pay me after 14 days but suddenly i log in i see 100m is gone.. I watch the Ip i cant track it.

I go to the livechat they say, sorry the account has always had 50M in our system.

 

everyone would scam for a big sum of cash,
i sold 5+ accs to them everyone went right,
don't deal big trades with them.

 

Hmm this is really odd, I have sold loads of accounts to gold4rs and I have always been payed 7 days later, I sold my main lvl 132 for $150 without any problems, sorry to hear this m8 im sure you will get yor cash, just been unlucky with bad sales people

 

I've withdrawn my account from gold4rs. I've been reading a lot of threads on them and I reflected on my own experiences and I just don't feel comfortable.

 

Recently out of the hospital (Long story, coma/brain sever), I've missed the little bit thats gone on. But I will say one thing about G4RS, or any other site, its like pking or gambling, only bring what you don't mind losing & be prepared to lose that.

 

How come everyone that shares the opinion that Gold4rs are scammers is banned?

I have ever had a bad deal with gold4rs i think there legit sometimes in real life mistakes do happen I know it sucks to deal with it but shit happens I trusted gold4rs with 100's of millions and all went well with powerleveling and stuff i guess its just a coin flip

 

So far I have only had one bad trade w/ Gold4Rs. All the others have been great

 

I don't think the customer support ever have had any accounts higher than level 100 ^^

 

I've made a few trades with gold4rs, and all have gone well, atm there currently working on my acc, which is pure and got good stats, and they havent scammed that.

Im assuming, some people are just saying roumors, or maybe there was trouble with gold4rs's systems honoust mistake.
