How much time....

Do you spend on your computer each day? And do you think you spend too much time on your computer?

I've been told im an "addict" at times. And other times i know i've been on way too long(all nighter on RuneScape.)

So i'd have to say...atleast 2-5 hrs per day for me, unless i don't go anywhere and i spend the day at home switching between ps3/pc, in which case it would be 4-8 hrs.

A lot of people tell me i spend to much time behind my screen, but seeing as how i stay in shape and maintain a social life, i dont beleive i spend an unhealthy amount of time staring at my screen. (Kind of ironic im doing it right now.)

 

I stay on my computer anywhere from 1 hour to up to 6 hours per day (depending on how busy I am). This is a big improvement though as when I was younger I was easily spending 6+ hours every single day on here. Although like yourself, I maintain a social life (have a girlfriend, a lot of other great friends), I have a full time job, stay in shape (doing martial arts), and am quite a healthy active person. The main times I stay on the computer for long periods of time are on weekend nights when I've got nothing better to do.

 

I spend around 3-4 hours on the computer today. Facebook Addict =\

 

1-10 hours depending on if I wanna go something that day or cbf to leave the house.

um........... less than 30 mins but might change to 2-3 hours or more.

 

like 1-7 hours probaly...but it depends what the weather is like and stuff.

 

More than i should.

If i go to school - usually 3-5 hours a day.

If i DON'T go to school.. 8+ easily. I have a lot i can do online and there's not much to do when there's no school.

 

If I have school and sports: 2-4
If, like that past two days, I have a snow day or something: Easily 6+

 

If theres school the next day and the weather sucks or none of my friends can come out to go skating. Like 8 and a half hours. And seeing its winter and the weather sucks here im in most of the time right now.

And if theres no school the next day i usually all nighter it unless i get bored then ill switch it up between xbox 360 and pc.

 

like 5 hours now that I dont go to school anymore. I used to do around 10-12 but it fucked my sleeping schedule up.

 

I don't see how that works. You can't stay at home on your ps3/pc and expect to be in shape and maintain a social lie.

 

well im on about 1-7 hours a day. My parents bitch about me constantly being on the computer but i have an okay social life and i've gained some wait but it is because its winter and i'm not as active in the winter cause its cold =(

I'm addicted and proud. There's too many fun things to do on the internet, so why not?

 

Not only do i play online with friends, we do hangout at places that aren't in a virtual world. And i don't play sports anymore due to a back injury, but i still stay in shape. Aside from 4 hours or so, there are also 20 hours left in a day ya know?

 

Up to 1 hour, which is a big improvement from 2 hours on weekdays and 6 hours on weekends when I was younger. I might go on for 15 minutes in the morning and up to 45 at night. My addiction has swapped from the computer to anything remotely physical. I play upto 30 hours a week cricket and at least 5-6 at the gym.

 

Last summer i spent 2 hours tops on my computer, and i was usually doing something productive. But this past month has been brutal, my moms been really untrusting of me, which i deserve, and won't even let me go to a friends house without talking to there parents. I don't even want to bother with that so now all i do is computer or school. Right now it's a problem but I forsee myself cutting back nearly completely in March.
