I'm back! Took a break away from gaming for almost 2 months... but am back to being active again so I'm reopening my tutoring services (and junk/rare buying as well). Feel free to check out some of the vouches/comments already in this thread if you need reassurance . I've also spoken with Badger in the past about my service and verified that it's not "early items" or anything against the DO NOT SELL list.

What I Offer:

I will do my best to teach anyone who purchases my guide how to make money through the GE. The guide itself is an 8-page .pdf file (with pictures!) showing the basics of various ways that people make money through the GE. There's advice on long-term investing, short-term investing, and flipping every few hours. The end result is that your money WILL make money for you, with returns of anywhere from 1-10% of the money you invest PER DAY!

What Does That Mean For You?

There's a saying.... give a man a fish, and he'll eat for a day. Teach a man to fish, and he'll never go hungry again. My goal is to teach everyone who buys my guide/coaching how to make money for themselves! If you have 10m... you'll learn to make between 500k-2m a day. If you have 50m, between 2.5m-10m per day! That's the beautiful thing about merchanting... the more money you have, the more money you make! Don't take my word for it... just check out the rest of the thread if you're skeptical. Prices

I'll offer 3 different packages for people to choose from.

$10 = The guide and questions for 1 day only! This is geared towards people that pick up things really quickly and don't think they'll need much help after reading. Feel free to just buy the guide first and decide for yourself afterwards if you want additional coaching/item recommendations .

$20 = The guide + questions until you've made 50m in profit (or you're just too impatient and wanna spend your profits and quit merching lol)

$25 = The guide + lifetime questions. Ask me anything, anytime, I don't care. I obviously can't promise to be on all the time, but whenever you see me online, fire away .

Things I'll consider for payment:

World of Warcraft gold/game card/expansion keys (need BC, WotLK, and any game cards people have )
Runescape rares/accounts (only VERY trusted people will be allowed this option)

You act like you invented merching or something lol... you only have 100m total... which means you're not even close to one of the best merchers on RS. That would be like getting an education from someone who was a C student their entire life lol.

I've been offering free help and advice to some for awhile now. All you did was expose that some people were willing to pay for such advice. People who can't handle healthy competition always resort to flaming... see politics Consider this a friendly warning not to spam my thread again. I'm flattered that you see me as such a threat that you rant and rave here

And yes... to make 50 mil + per update, you'd need 1B invested in items. But to say people who have that much money wouldn't need advice is ignorant. How do you think wealthy people stay wealthy in real life? By networking with other wealthy friends of course . No one person should be foolish enough to think that they know it all.

 

i just find it a lil suspicious that you open up a thread with the exact same title as me a few days after i have opened mine.

no i did not invent merchanting, but i did get a 150M bank in 5 months without any knowledge before that.

Vouch for TClermont! He is a very intelligent person when it comes to the Runescape economy. He is very helpful, I would recommend him to anyone who is looking into knowing how to work the GE!

 

Vouch for RabidWeasel! Great person to talk to. He paid for tips on earning his first couple hundred million GP. Picked up merchanting very quickly and even sold his combat gear to have more GP to work with. Look forward to him being the first of many successful students

Well it depends on the method you use and how often you'll hang around GE updating offers . Honestly 10m is the bare minimum for effective merching, as you'll make 3-700k a day on average merching alone. I say its the bare minimum because if you have decent stats, there are a number of ways to goldfarm 500k+ an hour and bring up the amount of money you can invest .

But back to your original question, if you did skilling with merching, it could take as little as 2 weeks. Merching alone, around 3 weeks. Again, these times are "on average". If you were making 5% on each investment and able to update your offers in GE every 4 hours (basically no-life camped the GE), you could be making 1m+ a day.

No... all credit/praise for that guide and site goes to Merchant_In_The_Dark. or just "Merchant" on rune-tips. I just use that site to refer everyone that asks me "hey I have 5m, can i merch?". It's a great introductory guide to GE merchanting and I fully support it . The forums are great as well
